The D300 Foundation for Educational Excellence and Spring Hill Mall are proud to present
“The Love of Art” show. This fine art show will be held indoors in the beautiful Spring Hill Mall,
which is located west of the Fox River in historic West Dundee and Carpentersville, Illinois.
We ask that all artists complete the application and submit 4 slides, pictures or a CD of current work and one of the display. All artists with tables and metal grid walls are asked to have them covered in cloth for a more professional look by Spring Hill Mall. Slides should be marked with the artist’s name at the top, a dot on the lower left corner. Photos should have the information on the back. CDs should have the information on an accompanying document.
Slides, photos and CDs will be returned only if you send a SASE with sufficient postage. Photos of your work may be retained for show promotion and will be returned to you in the artist packet at the show.
We also request a resume & information about you and your work in order to promote your work to the public.
Eligible Media:
The show is open to all artists. All artwork must be original, designed and executed by the accepted artist. Work done by a production studio is not acceptable. No kits, imports, crafts, manufactured items, resale goods, or product line reps are allowed.

Non-refundable jury fee: $15
Booth fee : $85 or $95 with electricity
Both checks are payable to the D300 Foundation. Artists will be notified ASAP of acceptance or non-acceptance into the show. The exhibit booth fee will be refunded to any applicant not accepted into the show. Should an artist choose not to exhibit after being accepted into the show, the exhibit booth fee will not be refunded.

Booth space is 10’ x 10’. Setup can start at 7AM, but there is no security for canopies & displays, they are the artist’s liability. Tear down will not begin until the end of the show. Artists who setup late or shut down early will compromise their eligibility to participate in this and/or future shows. Mall provided storage for participating artists throughout art show. Location dependent upon availability and will be communicated prior to the show.
