Located three miles south of Oakwood, Illinois, just off Interstate 74 between Danville and Urbana, the Salt Fork River Art & Music Festival is held annually on the grounds of Sleepy Creek Vineyards the last weekend in September. In its eighth year, the SFRAF provides a pastoral and relaxed setting for art, music, and wine lovers to shop for fine crafts, folk art, fine art, and more. The festival will include up to 60 artist booths (demonstrations are encouraged but not required), live music, and delicious food and wine. Fun, laid back, cool and entertaining, the event draws an eclectic crowd from nearby cities in both Illinois and Indiana. There is something for everyone! You’ll find great art from funky to traditional, a broad variety music, and wine!
