3rd Annual Global Arts Festival

Arts in Bartlett, the local 501 (c)3 nonprofit arts council, in cooperation with the Village of Bartlett, Hanover Township, Bartlett Park District,and the Village of Streamwood Community Relations Committee present an event to celebrate the diversity within our community. It is a colorful, exciting, inclusive weekend of multicultural music, art, crafts, dance, food, and audience participation events that brought together people of nationalities represented in our area.
Bartlett Park, the beautiful shaded park at Oak and North Avenue just north of downtown Bartlett. Booths for ethnic artists/crafters/free trade shops/food artisans/nonprofits will be throughout the park, with a family activity center. The main stage will feature musical acts and dancers. Another area will host participatory activities such as yoga, martial arts, dance lessons, drumming circles, henna art. The Gazebo will contain a Family Global Story Circle and multicultural crafts.
Eligible booths are those that represent world cultures in art/crafts, artisan foods, or a nonprofit group. Imported resale goods are allowed.
Although this is not a juried show, we request 2 photos by email: one of the items for sale and a booth photo if you have one. The festival reserves the right to reject inappropriate or items that are not well made.
Must reflect a world culture or materials sourced from an international source. Art, photography, jewelry, pottery, fine crafts, baskets, textiles, and more. Fair trade shops OK
