We’re celebrating our 54th Annual Arts and Craft Fair on October 6, 2016 from 9:00 am-3:00 pm. This fair is held indoors and limited to 50 vendors. Other outdoor activities include pumpkin painting, hay rides and scarecrow making. Food vendors available on site. This event is free. Shuttle bus parking available to and from Pioneer Woods located on 107th street, just east of Willow Springs Road will be provided.

Exhibit spaces are limited and are of the following dimensions: 8’x5’ - $45.00
(14 spaces), 6’x5’ - $35.00 (29 spaces) - 4’x5’ - $25.00- (7 spaces)
Participation is by invitation only.
Event set up will take place on Saturday, October 5th from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm.
The Art Fair will commence at 9:00 am the following day. Artists may arrive no earlier than 8:00 am. Set up on Sunday will NOT be permitted.
“Nature Themed” items are preferred. However, holiday and/or other crafts will be allowed pending approval. Commercial/store bought completed crafts will not be allowed.
Artists are allowed to reserve only 1 space due to the limited space availabilities.
